 To made Sales Contract and send by Buyer. Follow up one week T/T.( Payment ) Check Export & Import Declaration docs for Internal Audit. Prepare for Refund by Buyer. To check Best Freight rate for export shipment. Prepare for Nomination and send by Agent/Buyer. To arrange the shipment for export. ( Booking/Loading ) To advise Shipping Note for Shipping Line/Agent. To preparation of BL draft, packing lists and others related documents. To confirm Original BL/Switch BL & others original certificate.( Country of Origin, Phyto, Weight & Quality, Fumigation ,Health) To prepare NN documents to submit Bank negotiate (Singapore Bank Format along with Original BL Scan copy) and earliest send by Singapore Office.(Need to send after vessel sailing within 3days.)  To proper check Original Certificate and send by DHL to Buyer/Broker in time.( Need to send within working 7days). To inform to shipping line Freight Prepaid/14 days free detention and others requirement. To do things buyer/Broker needed information for Import Licene/IE Code/HS Code. Report to Singapore Office.
