An RMIT Industry Mentor is someone with relevant professional experience who is willing to support an RMIT student to explore career options in their field and help prepare them for the realities of work.Mentors share their knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of industry professionals. It can be a productive experience as each generation has an opportunity to understand the others’ career aspirations and attitudes.
