I work as External Relations Executive of Global Entrepreneur project - provides exchanges for foreign youth, offer them many opportunities to work in Startups in Vietnam. My responsibility is communicating and working with Startups directly to get the job opportunities in the companies for our Exchange Participants. Through this experience, I have developed myself a lot, not only in skills but also in my mindset. I have chances to talk with the Head of Startups and also with many foreign final-year or graduated students, so that I can be more open-minded and more knowledgeable.

I have been the Organizers of many teambuilding days. Thanks to those opportunities, I can develop my management skills by taking care of more than 200 people. Moreover, there were many unexpected problems in those days, therefore, my problem-solving skills can be enhanced a lot. Besides, I can utilize my creativity in building timeline and content for teambuilding days. And of course, my Communication skills have improved so much thanks to the fact that we need to minimize our budget, we need to deal with the sellers, research a lot about the market price to get the lowest one.Especially, I have host a seminar about Business Etiquettes with my teammates. I really appreciate that time because that was the first time I can work with someone actually works in a business company. I have to be more professional in my working style.

After having experience in Communication, I try another industry, that is Event. Even though this position is rough start, but my team have overcome many decline, many draft ideas, etc. But at the end, we can celebrate a very successful event.
