I am running my own Animal Clinic which is mainly opened for rescued animals. With all the knowledge and experience for the past few years, I am now using it on my own business.

o Cooperating with Head of other Departments, Trading Floor Directors to organize Sales Events for various Residential Projects at District 7 and 9.o Cooperating with suppliers (Hotels & Resorts, Catering Suppliers...) to organize Internal Events – Team Building for Staff : Hồ Tràm & Mũi Né in 2015 and Nha Trang in 2016. o In charge of building Company website, producing Company Portfolios , designing logos, monthly newsletters…o In charge of ordering and reviewing PR articles for Corporate Marketing.o Tracking daily tasks of each member in Marketing Department.o In charge of setting up new offices of Trading Floors.

o Managed approximately 50 team members belong to two different projects (separated into teams) without any supervision from Senior Producer.o Main contact person for each project.o Tracked daily deadlines for each project. o Kept track of artist’s efficiency of each project ( monthly , quarterly , yearly and at the end of each project).o Communicated with International Clients via email, skype and face to face in order to gather information, requirements and updates for the projects.o Weekly meeting with the Head of Production to update the status of projects frequently.o Communicated with artists and Managers within the team in order to transfer the correct information and following up with the workload.o Organized training sections or team meetings for artists in order to improve their skills as well as update the new technologies.o Received feedbacks from clients for the team products and translate into Vietnamese for the team to fix.
