I hold a Master of Education in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision, and I am proficient in various instructional software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, video storytelling, and data analytics.In my current role, I collaborate with fellow educators to design and implement effective and engaging distance learning curricula, using data-driven feedback to make continuous improvements and enhance student outcomes. I also play a key role in planning and monitoring the integration of technology-based learning programs and creating course materials that align with educational standards and best practices. Additionally, I coach and mentor teachers and team members, facilitating professional development and training sessions, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
