Not only in Vietnam market, beside that, Tecomen is one of the Vietnam's biggest OEM, ODM manufacturer for international market.- Key Responsibilities:+ Responsible for staff recruitment of Sales, BO, Marketing and Technicians.+ Conduct screenings, interviews and advise management on candidates and similar activities .+ Consulting the hiring manager in making selection decisions.+ Offer guidance and facilitate the offer negotiation process through completion.+ Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to hiring leaders and stakeholders.+ Proactive in building relationships with external and internal recruitment.+ Responsible for Employer branding on Website/Facebook (plan campaign branding, design, content, content creator,..), manage the company careers Website/Fanpage and perform effective analysis of recruitment channels.- Achievements+ Monthly recruitment target on average is 15-20 employees (include BO, Sales & Marketing,Technicians). Highest target per month is recruiting 60 employees. + Top performance of TA team in the first 6 months of 2022.
