Experience: Installation, testing and commissioning of substation, substation switchgear,feeders,and transformers. Installation, testing and configuration of energy meters through metering software Acepilot, L& T secure meter software and Prometer 300 software,relay,protection coordination and zone setting.Troubleshooting and testing the equipment/System during the faults or failures. Prepare maintenance plan and carry out maintenance to check the healthiness of substation equipment. Periodic testing of the equipment system such as protection relays, transformers, Circuit Breakers, Isolator,Current transformers, Capacitive Voltage Transformers, Lightning Arrester, UG Cables, Gas Insulated Switchgear, LV Switchgears, etc. Operation & maintenance of Extra High Voltage substations ( 8 EHV substation under eastern region in Bhutan).Power system reliability studies and contingency plan through Power factory software.Analysis & prepare technical reports for Substation data. Analysis of Substation data (Tripping reports) through PCM 600, ABB software and Micom S1 agile, Schneider Electric, Software. Review and finalizing design, drawings, and technical details of the equipment as per the customers specification and load required. Operation and Maintenance (Periodic, Routine, Emergency& adhoc) of diesel generator. Plan and carry retrofitting work and system upgradation work. Preparing detailed reports, documentation, and specifications related to electrical engineering projects. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Planning, budgeting, and executing all the maintenance works and activities.Prepare Job Safety analysis before execution of any works/projects. Human resource development of staff through training, workshops, seminars, conferences, etc. Coordinating with suppliers (Korea, Thailand, India, and China) to supply materials.
