Working as a Full-time Fabricator at the Fabrication workshop and Production Plant-Safety and good housekeeping in the plant & workshop -Development and fabrication of different steel components to be used in the plant-Carrying out planned preventative / corrective maintenance and training of assistants -Attending breakdowns and conducting breakdown analysis-Operation of overhead crane when lifting components in the workshop and scaffolding erection in the plant-Operation  and use of boilermaking machines such as welding machines (stick and mig welding), gas cutting touch, guilotine, pedestal drilling machine, plasma cutter, power saw,punch and shear machine.-Maintenance of vertical mill,apron feeders,parkers,parletisers,pfister feeder,weighfeeders,hot gas furnace,chutes and pipes-Solving plant technical problems and helping to improve plant reliability hence reducing plant down times-Common sense cost control, ensuring that production cost is kept at minimumInstallation and commissioning of new plant equipment and managing equipment and technological advances

Working as a Boilermaker at both Crushing and Processing Plant-Maintenance of machinery and equipment’s in the plant such as: Horizontal mills, Crushers, re-claimers , Conveyors ,cable rake, Elvators, apron feeders ,Kilns ,coolers ,Chutes, pipes and overhead cranes.-Completing maintenance schedules as per supplier recommendation. -Attending to breakdowns in the plant. -Properly maintaining maintenance records as per ISO 9001 quality system.-Installation of plant machinery and structures.-Maintenance of shell fans and balancing of fans.-Daily routine plant inspection. -Holding standby duties.-Fabrication and development of diffrent components to be used in the plant.-Repairing of dump trucks load box and repairing of front and loader buckets.

Full time training as a Fabricator/Boilermaker under the supervision of a qualified artisan.-Housekeeping of the workshop , plant and On the job training completion. -Use of basic boilermaking hand tools to produce best required components and inspection of tools before use.-Measuring and cutting of steel to produce useful components using hand tools & power tools.-Carrying out routine maintenance and basic repairs of plant machinery under supervision of a qualified artisan.-Repairing of hoppers,bins,conveyor structures,hand rails,cable racks and pipes (replacing of liners and repairs). -Development and fabrication of components under supervision of a qualified artisan. -Use of Boiler-making power machines and learning on safety of those machines such as plasma cutter, rolling machine, shearing machine,punching/shearing machin,stick welding machine,mig welding machine radial drilling machine etc.
