Our journey from struggling to a process oriented team was an achievement to my leadership and team-building skills.Creating Module Specific Teams: I contributed to the creation of Customer Happiness and QA Team for various modules of our software. This shift allowed us to align resources and expertise with each module's unique requirements, improving both customer support and software testing.Continuous Improvement and Client Engagement: I was personally engaging with clients to gather their feedback, ensuring that our support executives met their needs.
