CurrentAs a leader, I was responsible for overseeing a team comprising web leads, web developers, andcollaboration with designers to strategize and execute various projects utilizing front-end technologies.These projects encompassed a wide range of deliverables such as Veeva Approved Email, CLM, iDetails,email newsletters, banners, landing pages, and Native Apps.Additionally, I played a pivotal role in establishing code standards and best practices, including templates and email naming conventions, to ensure consistency in the development and delivery process.I also managed the creation of Business Rule Engines (BRE) and facilitated the alignment of production users with their respective content, offering support for live content issues.Furthermore, I coordinated closely with the support team to resolve configuration issues within Vault and Salesforce CRM, and I took the initiative to create custom objects and enable new features within Salesforce CRM.I consistently explored automation opportunities and identified areas where technology could enhanceproductivity and drive superior business outcomes.My responsibilities extended to serving clients across Europe, the Global market, and the APAC region,addressing functional issues, live content concerns, and queries related to new features across all markets.Problem Solving and Analytical Skills, Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex problems, design effective solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
