This early success was a testament to the potential of our expansion strategy. However, the unforeseen advent of COVID-19 and subsequent border closures thwarted further immediate progress, particularly impacting our planned ventures into Kenya.Despite the challenges and my tenure at SilverlakeTrading124 being curtailed to six months due to pandemic-induced retrenchment, the experience was rich with learning opportunities. It honed my skills in international market analysis, strategic partnership development, and resilience in the face of global business disruptions.
