I instructed students in groups and one-on-one sessions in Mathematics and English booklets. I conducted comprehensive assessments to gauge student’s proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement while monitoring student progression. Communicated with the center director on student performance and addressed any concerns promptly.• Assisted students aged 4 – 7 years old

I gained the opportunity to be a part of my high school's clinical rotation program with only a certain number of available seats. Observing different departments like Material Management, SCUs, and Admitting under health professionals allowed me insights into administrative tasks (EMRs, charting, admitting) and the holistic supply chain.

As part of the FTI program, I had off-campus visits to a bilingual pre-kindergarten classroom with 30 students and observed and learned from two mentor teachers. I had the opportunity to teach hands-on by creating lesson plans. With these lesson plans, I taught in small groups and individually to students. My performance was evaluated each quarter at my field site, and I responded to feedback receptively.
