I am also skilled in vulnerability assessment using tools such as Nessus, firewall configuration with FortiGate, and endpoint detection through Sophos EDR.Throughout my journey, I have gained extensive knowledge in configuring and managing Windows and Linux servers, as well as monitoring security events from various network tools.   As an IT Support Engineer Intern at Danmagi, I provide essential technical support and administration for The Leela Hotel in Hyderabad. My primary responsibility is to ensure seamless internet connectivity and optimal performance of IT systems, which significantly enhances the guest experience.I troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with the configuration and maintenance of Wi-Fi systems. Proactively monitoring network performance allows me to identify and resolve potential problems before they affect users. My role includes creating and managing service tickets in ServiceNow, facilitating effective communication between hotel staff and the IT department to ensure timely issue resolution.Collaboration with the on-site team is key to implementing security measures and maintaining the integrity of the network infrastructure.
