Here's how I play a role:Project Management:I manage multiple data/application integration projects for healthcare clients, making use of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches to successfully deliver quality projects in a timely manner.Data Integration Consulting:In addition to my PM responsibilities, I architect and build data integration solutions using MS BizTalk Server and Oracle eGate.Personnel Development/ Feedback Management:I also coach/mentor our Centric employees, as a part of our amazing Performance Excellence Program. I help our employees identify areas in which they desire to grow, assist with the creation of an action plan to be used to accomplish that growth, and finally, provide mentoring, and coaching for motivation, and support during the entire process.
