The focus was on generating leads and building B2B communication strategies bent on influencing decision makers to go with our solution. Results:o Launched MFI services in Ethiopia, where they were generating $1.4Mn a quarter in revenue from its first 6 months o Built a set of sale kits that the sales team that were customized depending on the vertical market, the client size and the client problem. o Held 8 different successful breakfast forums that generated leads for the entire year.o Standardized the MFI Enterprise brand across all the countries and established user guidelines. o Worked with 2 of the largest solution vendors from India to establish new business lines in Eastern Africa in banking and ERP software. My roles at New KCC Ltd included the following:• Merchandising of milk products at the various supermarkets in the Nairobi area.
