Gameloft, the best game developer in 2010, PocketGamer.bizImplementing all recruitment process: recruitment scheduling and planning, resume search, CV screening, reference checks, interview, etc..Being responsible for following up and filling in vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the company’s requirements• Being responsible for developing and implementing both internal and external communication for recruitment purposes, which includes monitoring job posting content and strategy, event organization, recruitment websites..., in collaboration with Communication manager; • Keeping updated applicants’ database and reports • Evaluating and recommending efficient recruitment channels • Producing recruitment reports, competitor surveys and other ad-hoc reports as requested; • Providing efficient coaching and coordination with recruitment assistant, as well as other teams and other departments for recruitment-related operations; • Proposing job descriptions for different positions upon request; • Following up and joining in activities in cooperation with academics (internship, seminars, job fairs…) as assigned; Expanding the recruitment network, evaluating and recommending efficient recruitment channels. • Helping Recruitment Manager/HR Director ensuring efficient communication about job vacancies inside and outside the company; • Joining in the making of documents and tools serving recruitment activities; • Actively proposing and implementing ideas or actions to improve recruitment process and to meet recruitment targets both in terms of number and quality; • Proposing, and joining in initiatives for developing resource, attracting and keeping talents for the company; • Performing ad-hoc tasks assigned by Recruitment and Training Manager • Performing other HR-related tasks required
