- Tech package validation from US development team (WHQ).- Manage timeline and set up workback schedule.- Mold and tooling efficiency review.• Responsibility for checking all dimensions of shoes, testing (pattern, tooling, finished shoes) meet the standard.- Be in charge of following and making the FMEA report until mass production.- Detail audit the Process Follow Chart and raise suggestions to improve the processes to ensure productivity and be friendly for Production.- Monthly checking quality production shoes and auditing standard process in Production. - Manually work with the customer on new Best Practices and then update Factory. Besides, along with customers set up new standards for special cases. - Pattern efficiency (PE%) improvement.- Quality and craftsmanship reviewing and auditing.- Project file-manufacturing concerns review and communication.- Cost-saving review and suggestions.- Monitor all laboratory testing items and fit/wear test from development to Commercialization stage and improve on failed items.- Modernization Machine (MM) validation.- Tracking sample issues (Project file) making and confirmation.- Using BOX, PCX, PCM, Manfred systems for releasing the daily reports with WHQ development team.- Update new Best Practice, and new technical to Factory.

- Handle developer project with the guidance and lead development process- Communicate all product, shipping, tracking, material ideas and issues with Adidas HQteamHandling fit/ wear/ physical test of samples until commercialization stage- Manage timeline and set up workback schedule to ensure all terms of project are completedon time from Initial Tech Pack (ITP) to Ready For Commercialization (RFC), hit the Adidas Spec.(testing, design, fit and wear test results, costing).• Be in charge review design and checking teach package sent to Adidas HQ and transfer tooffshore/ Manufacturing team- Checking and sign product confirm shoes every stage - Lead the meeting to review samples making challenges and make report to communicatewith HQ team for suggestion. - Receive Tech package, BOM, CADs and prepare/ review the sample.
