Handle mainly agent's requests (tailor-made adventure and classic tours in the region including Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and other non-core destinations) using Tour Plan systemHandle direct client's request (sending quotation, pursue clients confirm the booking and take care after sales)Work with the team to built new products for marketing & promotionSolve problem/ issue in my responsibility to improve job performance.

Handle all requests about travel trips from clients (face-to-face, phone and email) mainly at some 5 star hotels in Hanoi.Confirm the program order and notify clients of compulsory information/ documents (luggage limits, insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements).Maintain and develop a good relationships with existing customers.Handle and reply to any comments or complaints after discussing with the manager (if any).Inform quickly the Department Manager in case of real problems and solve problem. Support and assist colleagues at teamwork or at other departments in specific cases (e.g: MICE or Corporate groups).

Handle all requests about travel trips from clients mainly via email focusing on local tours in the North of Vietnam, especially Halong Bay tours (provide information, make quotation, proposal, final and confirm bookings, arrange the services, take care clients after sales,…)Prepare marketing content for main websites and almost contents of a new websites related in Halong Bay and Halong Bay tours.Ask for contracts of new suppliers and partners, collect information and store them logicallyDesign tours and make quotation for the new website based on the company’s policySupport operation department and take part in organizing special events for clients on Halong Bay like dinners in cave, Christmas &New Year Parties,… (set up, décor, cater)
