-Create new projects in internal site according to contracts.-Prepare timely and accurate billing for all assigned projects, resolving any issues in a timely manner.-Review weekly aging reports ensure making payment on time. -

• Prepare and process ACH/wires and cut checks to over 100 vendors per week• Sort, code and match over 200 invoices weekly• Clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues• Monitor AP accounts to ensure payments are up to date
