- Develop a strong foundation in the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.- Exceed personal recruitment targets by consistently attracting high-quality candidates through effective sourcingtechniques.- Identify and telescreen prospective clients using a variety of channels: Candidate Referrals, Competitors’Websites, and LinkedIn.- Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and short-listing applicants viapersonal networking, Linkedin, CareerBuilder, Vietnamworks…- Screen and interview candidates according to company standards.- Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.- Arrange interviews potential for clients and follow-up feedback from clients.- Build close relationships with candidates to catch up with their career expectations as well as motivation to join anew opportunity.- Complete targets for the number of vacancies filled and revenue each quarter.- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates.
