CurrentRecruitment positions: manufacturing sector (factory manager, production manager, production planning, engineer, etc), back-office sector (HR manager, chief accountant, logistics, purchasing, sales, marketing, etc), IT sector (IT networks, IT helpdesk, IT manager, front-end developer, back-end developer) – all levels (from junior to manager)1. Team Management- Build KPIs, a Competency Framework, and a Performance Review System, as well as coordinate with alldepartment heads and conduct appraisals- Manage and lead the personal performance, the consultant’s performance as well as team performance to meet the assigned target - Training/on-the-job training with consultants to help them improve skills gaps and maturity in accountmanagement, market development, working process management, corporate collaboration, problem-solving customer service skills, etc. - Build the training process and evaluate its effectiveness after training- Oversee the team's assigned market and each consultant for any promptly given advice related to client, BD, negotiation, and mapping guidelines. - Support team in BD/client meetings; and coordinate with big clients/accounts - Employer branding: Act as a speaker in online and offline workshops to promote employer branding- In charge of the employee relations function, including organizing internal events, conducting exit interviews, and processing resignation cases.2. Account management and business development 3. Operations- Collaborate with other teams or departments for corporate activities. - Review and follow up on weekly/monthly and quarterly team productivity. - Involve corporate projects such as improvement, transformation, etc. - Give business advice to the BOD4. Recruitment Consultant Tasks:- Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients- Arrange interviews for clients & candidates- Follow up on interview status with clients and candidates, provide feedback to both parties
