The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving business performance through effective hiring, training, and inspection of the activities of their store locations and personnel. The ASM must motivate their sales teams to exceed all sales goals, maintain excellent communications across all levels of the company, and manage the operational issues associated with the business. Responsible for managing the sales engine to achieve company/client expectations, HPS (Hours Per Sale) and managing all aspects of the P&L process. Currently oversee 6 Territory Managers and 50 Sales Specialists.

Oversaw 3 of the 4 sales regions in the Metro Atlanta area during my tenure. Achieved $2.5M annual sales volume. Reported directly to the Senior Vice President of car sales. - Realized year-over-year sales growth of 37% in 2012 and 33% in 2013 by holding sales team accountable for performance goals/customer service and delivering value added services to car dealerships.- Conducted associates' annual performance reviews- Achieved customer satisfaction rate of 91% by empowering employees through coaching to make decisions in company's/customer's best interest.- Maintained existing accounts and developed new customers by constantly building relationships and identifying specific sales programs for staff to implement.- Implemented strategic relationships with indirect lenders to increase sales 19.5%.- Decreased operating costs in managing customer service issues 60% by training employees to handle customers' issues/concerns immediately.
