Hi, I'm Thurman! I have found great meaning in my experience leading teams in System Administration, Epic, Networking, Telecommunications, Project Management, and End-User Support. I currently hold a BAAS in IT from Tarleton State University along with an AAS in Computer Maintenance Technology from Texas State Technical College, with plans to pursue my Master's in the near future. Interpersonally I am caring and honest, and I am most fulfilled by developing close relationships to my team members, employees, and supervisors. I value data-driven decision making, especially when it's used to complete projects with a meaningful mission. I am accustomed to leading in a fast-paced environment with a lean team, and I like to think I provide a reassuring presence when times are tough. I find purpose in service and creativity, and I have strength in finding the humanity in systems and processes which aren't typically considered human. Outside of my career, you will find me spending time with my family, writing music, or fixing something!
