Electronic Tenant® Solutions’ success is based on the proven capacity to meaningfully and tangibly advance a property owner’s most salient goals and initiatives and maximize the value of established resources (operator, 3rd party and ours) to cost-effectively cultivate a superior management / tenant experience.• Oversee the Sales team and mentor the Business Development Associates.• Manage day-to-day operational duties (draft agreements, manage and track sales lead flow, report weekly activities and accomplishments).• Identify prospects’ needs and initiatives to then schedule and handle presentations and demonstrations.• Aid with business development opportunities with new and/or existing clients.• Handle deal negotiations and contract development.• Provide client support through overseeing account management resources.• Gather business intelligence on companies, leads and qualified prospects to then help create effectiverelationships.• Help mentor and train other business development associates.• Help create short- and long-term goals with the Business Development team with mentoring. • Championed the involvement and participation in industry conferences and events, becoming a member of key industry organizations, and increasing brand awareness to drive recognition and sales.• Assist with annual budgets.
