Responsible for the administration of day to day facility operations, services and contracts that support the CHA’s routine, preventative and predictive maintenance program. Collaborate with the CHA Property Office and property management trades and custodial staff in advancing the CHA’s maintenance reporting processes including a work order system, preventative maintenance activities for MEP systems as well as maintaining Chicago Building Code compliance for all CHA properties.
