I write numerous projects for Paizo, ranging from small contribution pieces (~2,000 word minimum) to larger scale books (~40,000 words). These documents are highly technical in nature, with a requirement to understand an ever-growing rule set.

I'm responsible for the creation and management of numerous documents employed by the company. Primary responsibilities include: creation of RFP responses, Service Offers, as well comprehensive project plans.

Responsible for overseeing invoicing of clients, internal billing, and time management of staff. Additional work involving documentation and follow-up of sales leads.

I was responsible for documentation of major projects affecting the entire organization, as well as sister companies. Primarily involved in companies relating to aviation, with a specific focus on Information Technology. I was involved in attending high-level meetings to gather requirements, document them, and then distribute among an IT staff of 8.

I was responsible for maintaining the helpdesk for a software company that provided aviation software to more than 30 regional Canadian airlines of small to medium size. During my tenure, I was also responsible for the implementation of the software for new clients, sometimes going abroad for extended periods of time to ensure a successful deployment.

I handled supervisor support level issues for a US-based ISP. This included instructing Tier 1 agents on proper procedures or giving guidance on troubleshooting, as well as handling irate or escalated customers who required additional assistance.
