I joined Banco Pan with the challenge of leading major Data Projects for the Business & Operations teams. Applying different data solutions using Python, SQL, and Tableau – Data Extraction and Standardization, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Statistics, Data Visualization & Insights - and fully mapping the product behavior alongside our stakeholders, I created important Executive Dashboards: Credit Risk for Vehicles, Invoices, and Payroll Deduction Loan. As a result, the volume of daily operational warnings decreased by 80%, consequently reducing customer complaints by 50% within 1 year.I created a pattern using iceberg tables in AWS to store the results of all reports from the Monitoring Team, along with a centralized dashboard to track down every crucial KPI, enabling scalability and creating new metrics such as: volume of solved and unsolved critical cases, resolution time, and relative risk classification. Immediately, we had 12 reports with daily stored and monitored data, reducing the manual work of our clients by 30 minutes/day.With the aim of ensuring 100% process compliance within the Data Lake, using Python and AWS tools, I carried out Robot Process Automation (RPA) projects for manual tasks, utilizing Web scraping, Data Mining, and ETLs to ensure daily (d-1) availability for the data. Altogether, I generated 104 days/year of efficiency in Business & Operations teams.Addressing the need to improve Storytelling for complex business concepts, I created a data analysis pattern, plus visual identity, based on a Growth Marketing Funnel, which was replicated in nearly all data reports of our team.I mentored my coworkers in the Monitoring Team, preparing relevant materials such as: Standards for Data Documentation, Roadmap for New Data Projects, Tutorial Videos for SQL, AWS, and Airflow. Moreover, I was a host at the “PAN X” event, a lecture on Statistics and Data Analysis, with 298 people simultaneously watching and 96% approval rate.

I joined MaaS with the challenge of conducting Data Analysis for the Growth and Operations teams. Using Python, SQL, and Big Query + Data Studio, I created some essential reports for our stakeholders: Marketing Analytics Dashboard (CPI, CAC, ROAS, engagement rate, organic acquisition), Customer Complaints Dashboard, New Users vs. Recurrent Users Funnel, Real-time (d-0) Engagement Events Tracking, and Forecast of Active Users vs. Paid Acquisition. As a result, we reduced Churn Rate for new users from 70% to 40% within 1 year.Within the Engagement Squad, I conducted important data analysis and A/B tests to obtain and present business insights, which directly resulted in the development of new features by the Technology team and better targeting for Growth Marketing campaigns. As for examples: in the User Onboarding phase, I found that customizing the Main Menu right after the first search increased app engagement by 30%; in the payment checkout funnel, I identified a retention pattern based on the 2nd purchase, ensuring a 22% increase in the retention of paying users.I was responsible for reporting the daily evolution of the main strategic business OKRs - DAUs, MAUs, Churn Rate, CAC, GMV, ARPU - for the teams in Brazil and Finland. Simultaneously, I conducted specific statistical analysis to explain any significant variations in the metrics.I created ETLs using different tools: REST APIs from different providers (Appsflyer, Adjust, Clevertap, Zendesk, Google), Web scraping, Big Query, and Databricks, to ensure d-1 availability of key business metrics.Seeking to share my knowledge with all company employees, I conducted SQL class modules and presented two technical lectures: Neuromarketing and Basic Statistics. Additionally, I conducted the "Ride the Talk" event, gathering my coworkers so we could test the Product across the city in different daily situations, sharing various performance and usability insights with everyone.

During my studies in Japan, I conducted a Data Science research project focused on implementing classification algorithms in Python - Naive Bayes and K-nearest neighbors - to create a traffic predictability model for the city of Tokyo. The main gains achieved were: ETL creation for data extraction, image data manipulation, deployment of scikit-learn libraries, Machine Learning model evaluation techniques, and academic writing development.Additionally, I significantly improved my communication skills in English and Japanese and developed experience working in a global and multicultural environment.
