I led the development of the YamanBuddy transportation solution, a comprehensive system designed to improve public busservices. This project included the creation of three distinct apps: Timekeeper, Passenger, and Operators.My Role:Managed the development team, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of all three apps.Designed and implemented user interface conversions to enhance user experience.Implemented key functionalities such as user registration, secure login, and real-time mapping of bus locations.Developed ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) features for the Passenger app to provide accurate arrival times for buses.For the Operator app, I created scheduling functionalities, including slot mapping on a calendar to display daily bus slotsand the ability to view live bus locations.Coordinated efforts to maintain a cohesive development strategy across the team, ensuring consistency and quality.
