As a project management intern at Sri Lanka Telecom, I am thrilled to learn and gain hands-on experience from the industry experts. I am also a freelance business plan, project proposal and business documents writer for SMEs, helping them to articulate their vision, goals, and strategies. Additionally, I am an entrepreneur in the specialty and artisanal tea sector, where I have successfully introduced multiple products to the market through my own research and development initiatives.I am pursuing my Bachelor of Business Management (Honours) in Project Management at the University of Vavuniya, where I have demonstrated leadership as the President of the Project Management Club and won the Graduate Entrepreneur Program prize from the National Enterprise Development Authority. My education has complemented my practical experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and counseling. I have also developed a multifaceted skill set within my learning journey. I am driven and innovative, with a lifelong passion for out-of-the-box thinking and a relentless curiosity. I am excited and passionate to practice and enhance my intrapreneurial and project management knowledge and experience at the organizations where I work for.
