Projects Monitoring; Review of feasibility reports, Design reports and Drawings submitted by Design consultantAssisted the Project Director in Procurement and Contract ManagementPrepared the Project Procurement Plan, implemented and updated regularly with the performance.Drafted bid documents and implemented the procurement process with Prebid, PPC, MPC, CAPC andTEC meetings.Technical evaluation of bids submitted by contractors prepared TEC reports and contract awarding.Ensured procurement procedures align with relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines.Project management of the construction of Fishery Harbour, Anchorage and Landing sites bymonitoring civil project performance, evaluating project progress and catchup delays.Ensure on-time technical support, Conduct necessary soil analysis, and Quality assurance tests forconstruction such as Destructive and Non-Destructive tests.Check and recommend Interim Payment Certificates according to the reported cash flow and under the contract requirements.Monitor the project budget to ensure all expenditures are within the contract amount andcontingencies.Forecast project Schedules and Costs using the budget with input from the Project Director and monitormonthly and alert him as soon as possible.Review monthly reports with input from various contractors and interact with variousStakeholders, Minute progress review/meetings, support site when needed with frequent sitevisits.Manage project contractors and ensure they are always correct and ensure timely submission ofdocuments.Manage cross‐functional teams and multiple projects including following infrastructures;Shore facilities –Water Tank, Sump and pump house, Reverse Osmosis Plant, Net Mending Building, Auction Hall, Quarters, Workshop and Access roadsMarine Structures – Dredging, Breakwater, Groyne, Jetty with Pile foundation, Quay wall withGabion / Concrete wall, Slipway, Access roads, Installation of Bollards, Fenders and Navigationlight.
