With over 12 years of experience as a Business Management Lecturer, I am dedicated to fostering social innovation in corporations. Currently, as a doctoral student at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK, I am conducting cutting-edge research in social innovation and corporate social innovation, striving to bridge the gap between theory and practice and contribute to the dynamic landscape of innovation in academia.For the past 11 years, I have served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, where I have enriched my academic journey with CIMA and CGMA qualifications, a degree and a master's in Business Administration, along with multiple fellowships and honors. My extensive experience in business management education has equipped me with a robust skill set in business planning, data analysis, accounting, and career counseling.I am proficient in LMS Moodle, enhancing the learning experience for my students through innovative and effective use of technology.
