 Deliver high quality service to customers by accurate, timely completion of all the assigned tasks and requests for information. Audits rate of return analysis and exception reports resolving issues by applying process knowledge, procedures and accounting principles. Responsible for monitoring daily audit checks and exercising independent logics in resolving daily exceptions using audit tools/applications, documenting errors, sending notifications to originating area for corrections, validating responses and ensuring corrections. Build strong working relationships with other departments throughout the organization. Owns the quality check for the team and address issues to the management. Reviews procedural documents for updates and creates procedure for audits. Precise/timely communication via email/telephone in daily interaction with colleagues, management and other related departments across the region. Analyses reports and identifies potential problem situations, trends and improvement opportunities. Focuses on resolution of complex issues, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and procedures and providing guidance to team in resolving exceptions. Oversees development of appropriate action plans for client reporting activities and ensures execution and follow up. Ability to serve as a key subject matter expert and provide training to colleagues. Manage daily operational activities and supervise day to day work of colleagues.
