I'm working with NDB since 2004 in Information Access System Management Department to date. I was lucky to be in the department from its inception where I was working as Banking Associate. Since 2015, I'm heading the department with my team.My responsibility is to capture the accountability of all the user activities performed by the bank staff in various systems. Our Core Banking is Temenos and I've been working with Temenos application since 2005. At the moment we are at the edge of Temenos R20 upgrade and probably we'll be able to complete it by end of 2022.I also had experience in User Access Management of Flexcube, our old Core Banking Application until the latter part of 2011. In addition to that, I had experience in Nucleus Banking application which was used as our lending module from 2009-2012.I've been in all the system implementation teams since 2004 because all the systems "User Management", and Access Design are very significant and critical functions for all the financial institutions.At the moment I'm responsible for more than 92,000 user profiles management among 54 banking applications.My main duties are, to Analyse Business requirements, Check the functional availability of the existing application, Design a User Access Matrix for all the departments following the 04 eyes principle, distribute user credentials, and manage the users.
