[Updating...]As the Project Coordinator, I assumed responsibility for overseeing and managing all project activities. This encompassed developing comprehensive plans to drive the project's growth and strategic direction. I meticulously planned and executed a diverse range of events, both online and offline, while ensuring their seamless implementation. I diligently compiled monthly reports to provide a holistic view of the project's progress and activities. Additionally, I fostered strong external relationships and facilitated effective networking to enhance project visibility and outreach. In my role as Manager of a Social Psychology Project, I adeptly led a team of 36 students from across the country, with the core objective of disseminating psychological knowledge and organizing highly impactful workshops and events. Notably, I orchestrated the successful execution of the Iheal events in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, which drew approximately 40 participants each. These events were centered around the theme of fostering mental well-being through the application of various art therapies.

During my time at CyberKid, I had the opportunity to engage in two major projects: the Dong Nai Project and the Ho Chi Minh Project. In the Dong Nai Project, I assumed the role of Team Lead for a duration of three months. In this position, I successfully coordinated the deployment of the "Internet Safety" class to students in grades 3, 4, and 5 across 3 primary schools and 1 International School in Bien Hoa City. This initiative reached approximately 1,000 students. Additionally, I took charge of recruiting and managing a team of 15 volunteers, all of whom were students aged 18 to 22 from Dong Nai.To achieve these impactful outcomes, my colleagues and I conducted thorough research and established communication channels with the head officers of the participating schools. We also implemented internal communication strategies to motivate and effectively manage the volunteers. Moreover, I had the privilege of collaborating with the school's head officers to coordinate the class schedules, ensuring a smooth and organized implementation of the program.In the HCM Project, my responsibilities included deploying the curriculum to students in grades 6, 7, 8, and 9 across 6 secondary schools in HCMC. This outreach effort successfully reached approximately 800 students. Additionally, I played a key role in implementing a "Digital Competence" program for the visually impaired in collaboration with Nang Moi Company. Throughout these endeavors, I was involved in co-recruiting 80 student volunteers from the city and managing a team of 20 volunteers. I also took charge of planning internal communication strategies to ensure effective coordination among the volunteers.These experiences not only allowed me to make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of students but also honed my leadership, project management, and communication skills.

In my role, I was responsible for various human resources tasks such as recruiting new members and managing the membership roster. I organized team-building activities to foster member cohesion and contributed to the planning and coordination of program schedules. Additionally, I provided support to other departments when needed, including technical, visual, and communication assistance. Notably, I successfully recruited 10 members for the club and maintained regular team-building activities twice a month. I also actively participated in supporting significant club events, such as the "Ecological Waste Journey" and "Glass Recycling - Artistic Germination."
