Besides continuing to work on our main product (Zalora website), I set up a new monorepo project for my team to develop internal apps. Additionally, I wrote scripts to automate tasks to enhance developer experience (DX) and shared knowledge with my team. I also did many improvements to improve our core web vital score by 30 score.

I played a key role in migrating our legacy project from PHP to NextJs. Besides that, I also wrote documents and had meetings to explain to people about the A/B testing concept and how to implement it with Optimizely. Besides that, I usually volunteer to do some work that doesn’t belong to any squad to help improve our product.

- At Zalora, I work on the web, mobile web projects (https://zalora.com/), and the checkout project. Starting as a junior front-end engineer, I became a key member of Growth Hacking Squad - the team is in charge of developing and experimenting new features. Besides, I'm a "bridge" between PM, the technical team, and stakeholders. Not only completing my job well, but I'm also very proactive to find and resolve issues and support other members. I learned many new things here like presenting, communicating, and resolving problems- I refactored the legacy codebase and improved it. Besides, I also helped to keep the quality of the codebase via review code. Furthermore, I usually share best practices, new technology, or tips with front-end team to provide knowledge to other members. I believe that it helps our team is better.
