1. Recruitment • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing strategies, talent recruitment and acquisition to interview preparation, offer negotiation and onboarding. • Scope of work: back office (in charge all positions, across all levels including department heads) and front office (mass recruitment). Successfully recruited high-level positions, e.g: Human Resources Manager, Communications Manager. • Research and use various channels to source candidates, including but not limited to LinkedIn, other social media platforms, and employee referrals. • Create job descriptions for new positions such as: Agricultural Engineer, Communications Manager. • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers • Stay updated on talent acquisition trends to find ways for improving the recruitment process. • Support staff during probationary periods by conducting orientation training, connecting them with other departments, provide feedback as needed and addressing any queries or issues that arise. • Thoroughly research the human resources market to provide advice on developing better employee benefits that enhance engagement with the company. • Build and maintain good relations with past applicants and potential candidates.2. Internal Communication & Training • In charge of onboarding, induction programs and processes for new employees. • Organize internal events such as Happy Hours, vacation trips, and sports events (e.g., Football league, Badminton league) to foster team bonding and employee engagement. • Produce content and oversee communication channels, managing announcements, newsletters, and videos to keep employees informed and engaged.

• Conduct candidate sourcing for technical positions through relevant websites and networking such as: ITviec, LinkedIn, etc. Successfully recruited developers proficient in C/C++ for Arduino projects, aligning well with the requirements of our company products.• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.• Perform analysis and prepare quarterly, annual forecasts for hiring needs.• Deliver training sessions for staff on customer service, situation handling, and effective communication.• Analyze monthly revenue reports and fluctuations in personnel to devise strategies for improving enterprise management systems, operational processes, and enhancing revenue and HR management efficiency.• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and clearly communicating expected deliverables to facilitate the setup and development of business facilities as required by the Board of Directors (BOD).• Plan the requirements and establishment of new offices, encompassing everything from scouting suitable locations to procuring furniture and equipment.• Direct the supervision of renovation or refurbishment projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within specified timelines.• Monitor employee productivity and implement procedures to streamline operations and reduce costs.• Organize internal events such as Happy Hours, vacation trips, and sports events (e.g., Football league, Badminton league), and esports tournaments (e.g. League of Legends tournaments) to foster team bonding and employee engagement.• Produce content and manage communication channels, including announcements, newsletters, and videos, to keep employees informed and engaged.
