- Responsible for academic performance & activities of the center. - Schedule working time for teachers, academic coordinators & teaching assistants. - Observe & evaluate teachers' & staff performance. - Conduct inductions & training sections for new/ inexperienced teachers, teaching assistants & academic coordinators. - Plan & implement academic activities, tutoring classes, events, and summer courses at the center. - Work with parents, and customers and handle issues related to academics, classrooms, teachers, teaching assistants, and academic coordinators,...- Teaching English

- Teach TOEIC & Communication English. - Recruit & deliver and training sections for new/ inexperienced teachers and teaching assistants. - Establish & enforce modern educational standards to support students' needs. - Develop teaching materials, lesson plans, and course books for the center. - Manage teachers, and teaching assistants working schedules & assess their performance. - Conduct training sections, events, and other activities of the center to improve academic performance and support students' (re) enrolment of the center. - Assist the CEO

Teaching English to university students

- Support foreign teachers in teaching & managing classes. - Promote classes & deal with customers. - Run & support events. - Organize & distribute teaching materials, coursebooks, homework, and classroom supplies. - Operate teaching aids & audiovisual equipment in the classrooms. - Invigilate exams & mark pupils' books. - Help students master learning concepts through one-on-one and small group tutoring.
