Design and develop marketing content and strategies across multi-media platforms in order to promote talent development and real estate services. Oversee company image and brand using online graphic design, document creation and project management tools. Screen for high quality candidates through phone interviews for client-companies based on core competencies and job requirements.

Provided care for an average of 15-20 patients daily, averaging 75-100 patients per week. Proficient in conducting patient evaluations within allotted 1 hour block and saw 2 patients per 30 minute increments with supervised assistance from PT Aides. Consulted with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms by listening to them, reviewing their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons, and inquiring about occupational and/or recreational history. Upheld company compliance through the coordination and completion of staff and facility documents, annual compliance checks and clinic safety requirements. Supplemented therapeutic exercise treatment with manual and technology-based treatments such as STM, joint mobilizations and blood flow restriction training to ease patients’ pain and provide stimulation to promote healing.
