Main operation of the company: Manufacturing kinds of regular food colours and kinds of special food colours.Main duties: - Report to Chairman, General Director- To be in charge of financial and accounting function of company including: • Building the accounting system in accordance with the provisions of law and the characteristics of the company.• Guiding and managing the implementation of accounting department• Making the Full balance sheet in month/year end• Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards.• Making and submitting tax declaration, tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT..) as per Vietnam’s tax regulation• Tracking and managing of the company’s fixed assets, expenses, receivable account, payable account correctly and properly• Preparing budget and forecast for payment in monthly, quarterly and yearly. Ensuring the cash flow is under control efficiently• Contacting with internal/external: tax department, suppliers, auditors in relation to accounting and finance matters• Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.
