My jobs at Buffalo Tours allow me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on coaching my sales and reservations teams to reach our sales target, but I also have the opportunity to improve internal processes, create sales enablement tools, and build an empire from the ground up. In my recent role, I focus on working with my teams in Operations and Reservations to deliver amazing customer services on the ground, handling operational issues and continually improving the ways we operate our products.I believe work ethic is a talent and hard work does pay off.
