Department in charge: Business Development, Marketing and Operations of Product: Adtima, Zalo, Zalo Media, Fintech-Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs to assess recruitment requirements, and fulfill hiring plans to meet the business timelines; - Work with teammates/ stakeholders to design a tailored recruiting approach;- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process of all levels, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, salary proposal and offer management;- Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in the market;- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future career opportunities at Zalo group;- Maintain recruitment reports updated for recruiting performance evaluation purpose and continuous improvement opportunities;- Partner closely with focused colleges, universities and clubs in developing a sustainable pool of fresher (FTU, UEH, USSH, UEF, UFM, RMIT, Fulbright, ..);- Drive internal projects: Talent Referral Program and support Mass recruitment campaign (Zalo PMT), Fulbright Careers Day, Company tour,...

Be in charge of recruiting all Entry & Associate Level all products in Zalo- Ecosystem- 70% workload related to the recruitment work, including but not limited to source CVs, screening calls, schedule interview and report to the HRBP and Hiring Manager; drive full-cycle recruitment process based on business requirement and on-boarding new joiners; - 20% workload related to input candidates' data into the Recruitment ERP System;- 10% workload regard to admin tasks in assisting line manager and supporting employer branding campaign & mass recruitment programs.
