Design Team Leader
Current- Propose and develop key visual and brand guidelines and review the suitability of each design to ensure it is consistent with the brand identity on important campaigns such as the new store concept.- Propose ideas and give advice on major expertise for marketing activities at GS25, including brand campaigns, POSM, SNS communication, label and packaging, and brand collection that suit business needs in terms of cost and timing.- Management & develop design data and materials for the brand.- Working closely with the trade marketing and brand team to propose and ensure the POSM standard at the store and decoration to expose the brand attribute at the store level, develop ideas for social media based on the plan.- Production: create planning and shooting the products to promote the new products.- Team management: supporting the line manager in recruiting, training, and managing team members to ensure performance and productivity.
