♣ Develop and execute the Business plan to acquire targeted merchants and new users from the other payment sectors♣ Analyze and evaluate the market and competitors to initiate proposals for new products and new business model development for the catalog of the team. ♣ Collaborate with the Product and Marketing team to raise requests to optimize business performance and user experience for each partner (Be, Sendo, Ahamove, EMS, VnPost, ViettelPost, and LoShip).♣ Keep track of all business operation processes to ensure business quality and problem-solving from merchants (Vietjet, Bamboo, Agoda, Gotadi, Traveloka, and Klook).♣ Business reports and assessments, analyze problems and provide solutions to promote business.

♣ Analyze and evaluate the market, and competitors to initiate proposals for new products & new campaigns focused on performance.♣ Build up new solutions for risky services payment: - Game public by other companies (external VNG Group).- Corporate with others payment facilitators (OnePay, VNPT EPAY) to expand the visibility of ZaloPay.- The disbursement function of ZaloPay.- Self-onboarding for SMEs who want to use ZaloPay. ♣ Handle all merchant illegal of ZaloPay including the hard case:- High-risk merchants: game online, social network, fintech, Insurance, lucky lotter. - State services: Bus, the government portal.♣ Support Internal Control team build-up procedure internal and external workflows.♣ Support Compliance team when inspected from SBV.

Account Manager♣ Operating the service operation team of bank card:⎫ Establish, maintain and develop payment system via bank card channel.⎫ Managing risk system.⎫ Build solutions for service. ⎫ Managing sales team.⎫ Managing suppliers (include banks and third party).♣ Generate sales for a portfolio of account and reach the Company’ KPI.♣ Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.♣ Manager and solve conflicts with clients and suppliers.♣ Maintaining positive business relationship to ensure future sales.♣ Develop existing relationship Brands/ Distributors/ Merchants of 4 main services (Charging, SMS payment, Bankcard payment).
