- Prepare monthly Marketing plans and brand strategies that are aligned with brand positioning.- Manage and maintain website content and social media profiles.- Check and monitor digital marketing activities in case of being carried out by the coordination with agency, ensuring the consistency, efficiencey of marketing activities in accordance with the set goals.- Track and analyse campaigns to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of each campaign.- Learn, research about trends and customer tastes weekly / monthly.- Work with KOLs to ensure PR/Marketing activities take place on schedule.- Work directly with Art team to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance.- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Vietnam

- Prepare monthly Marketing plans and brand strategies that are aligned with brand strategies and positioning.- Creating content in line with brand tone and voice across all channels.- Write and manage social media content, as well as content considering other marketing channels.- Support and assist Sales team in organizing production of marketing materials for Sales activities and initiatives, as well as in event planning, brand stationery, handouts, brochures, invites,...- Work with media team (photographer, graphic designer, cameraman...) to ensure the schedule and quality of publications.- Event: planning & arrangement for companyc events (from physical to virtual such as seminars, distributor recognition events, expo, distributor training,...; make a task list and allocate the resource to execute the campaign; write MC scripts, program agenda,...- Follow up execution process,and communicate with agency to deliver effective digital campaign, pr campaign,...- Make monthly reports to the Marketing Manager

- Execute MKT plan by coordinating with other departments.- Execute the promotions of all brands on all communication channels. Provide necessary information to marketing manager for strategy planning and budgeting.- Create clear, simple content plans.- Contribute ideas and work with designers to ensure they come to fruition on mood boards, mocks, distributed media, websites and more.
