ThuyLan Chang serves as the Vice President and Business Manager of ZT Corporate, working closely with the Chairman and CEO to advance the mission of the company. She joined ZT’s marketing department in 2010, later transitioning into her current role. In her current capacity, she oversees the day-to-day operations of several departments, including marketing and the executive administration group.She leads all aspects of marketing, including the development and execution of the company’s strategic marketing plan with the goal of sustaining continued growth, as well as marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. She collaborates with external partners to oversee the development of marketing elements that ensures articulation of ZT’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout ZT, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external. As the company’s primary brand ambassador, she also engages with industry and professional organizations to increase ZT’s brand awareness and expand networking opportunities.A passionate believer in corporate social responsibility and an ardent philanthropic supporter, Ms. Chang donates her time as the director of marketing for the nonprofit organization, Altus Foundation, the biggest black-tie Gala in Houston, which raised more than $1M in 2018. She is Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organization publications.
