MẦM - Make A Movement is a free mentorship program aimed at empowering Vietnamese high school students to navigate their personal and professional development through experiential learning.

AnT Academy is an education consultancy and training center with a mission to support Vietnamese students in getting closer to their study abroad dreams. AnT is committed to providing comprehensive study abroad consultancy services for the USA, Canada and Australia, along with an educational ecosystem offering quality-assured training programs such as AP, SAT, IELTS, Academic Writing, and Speaking.

The Catalyst for English (TCE) is a language training and development community with the mission of creating catalysts to bring English in general and IELTS in particular closer to young people in Vietnam. TCE has trained up to 2000 students since its establishment. I instructed 30 classes, provided students with motivation and weekly feedback to help themachieve from band 6.5 to 7.5 in IELTS exam. Beside teaching, I also worked as a Project Manager in 3 annual projects: upgrading lesson plans and class materials for Intermediate course, updating monthy Writing actual tests and recording Speaking simulation tests for students.In 2023, I received the Award "The Creative Teacher of the Year" for outstanding performance and contribution to the development of TCE.
