Volunteered to create the first website for Spark Inside, a non-profit organization that helps youth in the criminal justice system through life coaching.

Contributed to transition company operations in Irvine, California after its relocation from San Antonio, Texas—including customer care, managing key international distributor accounts, providing technical support, and setting up inventory and logistics. Worked independently with minimal supervision after the initial training period. Communicated ideas directly with Inventory Manager to implement new quality control policy; created and structured the Inventory Standard Operating Procedures; reorganized warehouse space and workstations; and helped reform inventory management database. Key Results:-Maintained inventory of >10,000 rabbit and mouse antibodies for sales in domestic and international markets-Responsible for $400,000 inventory replenishment purchasing project with Taiwanese manufacturer-Managed logistics sales by collaborating with Customer Service, OEM Purchasing, Product Managers, and domestic/international carriers to maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce backorder time and clearance delays for end-users and key accounts-Helped reform GeneTex’ database system to streamline receiving and shipping functions-Created inventory spreadsheets; generated and analyzed weekly sales reports to collectively forecast inventory demands-Spearheaded cost-reduction project for packaging materials and lab equipment—identified vendors and obtained quotations-Supervised all laboratory and logistics daily operations—including quality control, rebranding, and product release to assure the best quality of goods in/goods out to accommodate 20% sales increase-Develop Quality Control record-keeping system to monitor; and help develop policies to reconcile complaints-Aided in hiring and training of seven personnel to achieve company goals
