Working closely with the Country Manager, I contributed to the company's rapid growth, which saw an increase to over 60 members within 1.5 years.Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement and Transactions: Oversee the placement of job candidates and manage the successful closure of client vacancies. Strive to enhance business relations with both prospective and existing clients to achieve targeted sales revenue.Client Onboarding: Conduct onboarding calls with clients to understand their recruitment needs comprehensively. Gather detailed job requirements to facilitate a successful recruitment process.Candidate Sourcing: Search, screen, and select qualified candidates for each job vacancy using all available channels to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.Shortlist Submission: Prepare and submit a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients.
