The Program Change Lead role was responsible for the planning and execution of change plans on behalf of project sponsors to achieve benefit realisation. This role was to lead business facing changes across multiple projects such as Financial Crime Response Project, Federal Budget Changes Project and System Upgrade projects.By leading engagement, awareness and adoption of new processes, technology, knowledge and information, teams were able to quickly and effectively adopt new ways of working.
