- Review all accounts, general ledgers, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with appropriate VAS standards and regulatory requirements.- Manage and payroll for clients by monitoring all employee information, deductions, PIT and insurance.- Contribute to annual audit preparations, communicating with the auditor on setting audit plan, investigating and resolving audit findings, and checking the draft audit reports.- Examine monthly/ quarterly/ finalization tax returns (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) of clients- Mentor interns and associates, ensuring and evaluating the associates' work quality.- Conduct research and provide consultation on clients' tax issues to ensure compliance.

Main responsibilities:* Accounting:- Liaise with clients to collect the data for monthly accounting documents- Input accounting transactions in Misa and Fast accounting software- Manage and reconcile sub-ledger accounts with 500+ entries per month- Prepare, record and reconcile journal entries including recurring, accruals, depreciation and prepayments- Prepare monthly & annual Financial statements- Analyze and resolve account discrepancies and reconcile through to the GL- Coordinate the Financial audit compliance* Payroll: - Prepared monthly payroll, including PIT (both Vietnamese and expats)- Support in monthly insurance calculation and reconciliation with insurance results* Tax: - Calculation and preparation of monthly/quarterly/Finalization tax returns (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT)- Support client on VAT invoice issuance- General consult for clients on Tax Compliance

Main responsibilities:- Support in organizing invoices and accounting documents- Support input accounting transactions in cash book, bank, receivable, payable, salary of clients into Fast accounting software- Conduct monthly payroll review- Contribute to the month-end financial report- Generate monthly/ quarterly input/ output VAT list- Collaborate with preparing and submitting quarterly PIT declarations to Tax department via online systemRecognition and Gains:- Gain practical exposure to the work of an accountant- Handle accounting documents in practice- Comprehend the business process, accounting documents to prepare financial statements of trading company.- Organize the work by making weekly working plan to ensure the effectiveness of work.- Enhance Excel skill
