• Designed and developed printed supercapacitors to determine the feasibility of development for the use of energy storage• Drafted statement of work (SOW) and design of experiment (DOE) to define test methods, achievable objectives, budgets, and schedules • Proactively collaborated with vendors and cross functional teams to obtain materials and equipment • Designed Screen Stencils using CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD)• Screen printed 144 supercapacitors and performed characteristic analysis and electrical testing (capacitance, resistance and discharge profile)• Extensively utilized Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to report and present technical reports, project posters, and presentations to program managers and advisors • Evaluated FDA and ISO standards related to the use of printed supercapacitors for medical device application• Results successfully demonstrated the feasibility of manufactured printed supercapacitors for medical device storage
